Elastic spacer milling slot grouping fixture

In order to adapt to the milling groove processing of the elastic spacer (Fig. 1) with many varieties and small batches. We use a group of jigs to machine the workpiece. The inner hole size range is shown in the table. As long as the positioning block 2 (Fig. 2) is replaced, the machining of different workpieces can be completed. The clamp body 1 is connected to the milling machine rotary table through the φ40H7 positioning hole to ensure that the rotation center coincides, and the positioning block 2 is opened by the cone 4 to clamp the workpiece. The nut 5 is loosened when the workpiece is removed, and the spring 6 resets the positioning block 2.
