The best way for diesel generator technicians to sum up the fuel consumption rate is to adjust the unit fuel supply system. That is, the fuel supply advance angle is corrected after 400 hours of normal operation of the diesel generator set or after the fuel pump is a governor assembly. The adjustment method of the fuel supply advance angle is as follows:
First, remove the high-pressure fuel pipe of the first cylinder of the fuel pump-regulator assembly, and lock the handle on the governor to the maximum fuel supply position of the diesel generator set.
Secondly, the flywheel is pulled according to the running direction of the diesel generator, and the oil supply condition of the first cylinder of the fuel injection pump is observed during the rotation process, and the crankshaft is stopped when the oil level of the first cylinder is just fluctuated.
Finally, if the oil supply on the flywheel corresponding to the pointer on the flywheel housing does not match the specified oil supply angle of the diesel engine, the two locking screws on the fuel pump combination disc can be released, and then the crankshaft is rotated to make the pointer pair For the angle within the specified range, tighten the two fixing screws.
Adjusting the fuel supply system of the diesel generator set can ensure the maximum consumption rate of diesel fuel, which not only improves the performance of the diesel generator set but also saves costs for the customer.
