Pneumatic Pipe Flow Stoppers Plugs

DooFlex offshore inflatable pipe plugs are flow stoppers for temporary close off or seal an opening. Our inflatable pipe plug/stoppers are very suitable for use in pipeline, ducts and tunnels with construction, inspection, repairs, cleaning, and repair,  isolate the pipe with outside, the closure for the pipe line. 

DooFlex offshore inflatable pipe plugs are constructed of high tenacity, urethane coated nylon fabric. We also make it with other special coating material and synthetic-tire-cord rubber layers. This ensure our inflatable pipe stoppers are resistant to fuel, petro-chemicals, and other caustic chemicals. Each inflatable pipe plug is equipped with rigging hardware, inflation ports, and pressure relief valve. 

DooFlex offshore inflatable pipe plugs are multi-size flow stoppers. Each flow stopper can be used to close off a range of pipe-diameter. The inflatable pipe plug are easy to install, and as even more important easy and quick removed because of its light weight. 

- Its typical use is that of temporarily plugging low pressure gas lines  
- Used for temporarily plugging metel pipes the presence of flammable gas and liquids at medium pressure 
- For temporarily plugging metal pipes in the presence of flammable gas and liquids at MEDIUM pressure. 
- Suitable for temporarily plugging of circular pipes, like sewer lines, acqueducts, drainage lines etc
- Used for pressure tests on pipe
- Used for pressure tests on pipe for OVOIDAL shape

Diameter is from 0.3m to 5.0m. The standard size is DN100, DN200, DN300, DN400, DN500, DN600, DN700, DN800, DN900, DN1000, DN1200, DN1400, DN1600, DN2000, DN2200, DN2400. Custom sizes, shapes, and configurations can be designed and manufactured to meet special needs.
