The efficiency of the P-type single-crystal polycrystalline PERC solar cell obtained this time has been greatly improved, and is mainly based on the application of several efficient technologies, including: high-performance P-type silicon substrate, bulk passivation technology, multilayer antireflection film technology, selective emitter Technology and fine-grid metallization technologies. The selective emitter (SE) and fine-gate metallization technologies greatly reduce the recombination loss on the surface of the battery and effectively increase the open-circuit voltage and battery efficiency of the PERC battery.
