2. Requirements for the new stage of industry development in the association

Our industry, the machine tool industry, has entered a new stage of development. The association has been established for more than 20 years, especially in the past 10 years, the industry has undergone great changes. We must be very clear that reform on the one hand provides us with new opportunities, but also presents new requirements and new challenges for us. Therefore, we must actively adapt to new changes and consciously make new adjustments. This is another important reason to strengthen the association's own construction.

4. Strive to build a learning organization

The era we live in is an era of rapid change. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, our country has undergone great changes, and our industry has undergone tremendous changes. In particular, the development of the industry in the past 10 years is remarkable. Most of our current 25 chapters were established when the association was first established. The age structure, knowledge structure and professional structure of the current talent team cannot fully adapt to the new work requirements.
