Quality control of FRPP pipe inspection wells:

(1) Common quality problems:

The foundation with water is inspected and the deviation of the size and elevation is large; the wall of the well wall is not seamed, the mortar is not full, the surface of the wall is cracked; the flow cell is not used or the practice does not meet the requirements; the step, the well ring and the manhole cover are not installed. (2), FRPP pipe quality control measures:

1. Strictly control the quality of the inspection well foundation. FRPP pipe inspection wells cannot be filled with water casting cushions and foundations. The geometrical dimensions and height of the foundations must be ensured, and the design requirements should be met. When the concrete reaches a certain strength, bricks can be built.

2. Strictly control the masonry quality of the FRPP pipe inspection well wall. The well wall must be vertical, there must be no reinforced polypropylene pipe joints; the mortar should be full, the joints should be smooth; the surface should be calendered, and there should be no empty drums or cracks.

3. The practice of FRPP pipe inspection well flow trough should be standardized. The height of the rainwater trough should be equal to the radius of the main pipe. 2) The FRPP pipe is combined with the floor, the surface of the FRPP pipe is roughened, a layer of adhesive is applied, and the medium sand is adhered to form a rough surface to make it fit well with the fine stone concrete.

3) Pre-buried waterproof steel casing, the steel casing is higher than 21 mm above the floor, and the water is more than 50 mm. The gap between the casing and the FRPP pipe riser is filled with flexible margarine. At present, with the second method, the FRPP tube has achieved good results.
