National Hazardous Chemicals Rescue Technical Competition Rules (2016 Edition) Chapter 1 General Provisions
I. The Second National Dangerous Chemicals Rescue Technical Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition†) adheres to the competition principle of “focusing on the basics, being close to actual combat, scientifically regulated and fair competitionâ€.

Chapter II Team Rules
1. 2. The current competition team must be a full-time emergency rescue team for hazardous chemicals in the area where it is established. Multiple teams may not be allowed to participate in the team competition. The provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Safety Supervision Bureau should carefully organize elections.

Chapter III Stadium Equipment

Chapter IV Rules of the Competition
1. The grouping, order, venues and equipment of each competition event are determined by drawing lots, and the results of the draw cannot be changed.
2. The participating team members shall go to the scrutiny office 10 minutes before the match to be checked, and the inspectors shall examine the certificates, the identification of the entries, and the equipment, articles, etc. carried. 3. Each team member and assistant personnel of the competition project shall be brought to the competition venue collectively by the inspectors, and the referee will confirm that they can meet the corresponding entry requirements before starting the competition.
4. In the competition, when the referee issues a "preparatory" instruction, the team member shall immediately make a preliminary posture, and shall not intentionally delay or run away. Other personnel shall not interfere with the starting of the participating team, shall not be accompanied by running or running, and shall be found to be in violation of regulations. 5. After the referee issues a "start" order, the game begins.

Chapter 5 Code of Competitors
First, the rules of all participants

Third, the referee rules

IV. Referees' Code
