Abstract: This paper introduces the application of OMS-10 CNC machine tool online measuring system in automobile axle processing. China FAW Jiefang Automobile Co., Ltd. Axle Branch uses the OMS-10 CNC machine tool online measurement system to measure the machining reference of a single axle to ensure the machining position accuracy of each workpiece, improve product quality and production efficiency, and reduce the scrap rate. .

1 Introduction

The axle is the main key assembly component of the vehicle, and its quality accuracy level directly determines the performance and carrying capacity of the vehicle. With the vigorous development of China's urban roads and highways, people are increasingly demanding the carrying capacity of large passenger cars and trucks, and the performance requirements are getting better and better. China FAW Jiefang Co., Ltd. Axle Branch (hereinafter referred to as a car bridge) is one of the professional manufacturers of large passenger cars and truck axles. In the process of axle construction, there is a technical difficulty that has not been well solved for a long time. That is, the geometric position accuracy of the main pin hole and the lock pin hole of the axle is guaranteed. In the past two years, a car bridge has changed the traditional processing technology by adopting the OMS-10 type CNC machine tool online measuring system (hereinafter referred to as OMS-10 online measuring system), which fundamentally avoids the shortcomings of the traditional processing technology and completely solves the problem. This problem in production.

2 OMS-10 online measurement system structural features

The OMS series online measurement system is a product produced by Harbin Pioneer Electromechanical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ha Xianfeng). It is installed on the CNC machine tool. After measuring the positioning part, it can directly feed back the accurate machining data of the CNC machine tool. The problem of high workpiece rejection rate caused by tooling fixture failure is reduced, the machining accuracy of the workpiece is improved, and the machining speed of the machine tool is improved. The OMS series of online measurement systems are divided into many types of products, such as OMS-10 and OMS-50. The OMS-10 online measuring system is specially used for machining centers, CNC boring and milling machines, etc. The OMS-50 online measuring system is specially used for numerical control equipment such as CNC lathes and turning centers. The structural characteristics of the OMS-10 online measurement system are mainly introduced.

2.1 OMS-10 online measurement system composition

The system mainly consists of two parts: hardware and software (see Figure 1). Hardware part: TP6C infrared communication trigger probe, SRA infrared signal receiver, SCA system controller, connection cable, mounting bracket and tool kit; software part: standard measurement software package SPA or enhanced measurement software package SPA+.
