I. Brief Introduction to Frequency Conversion Technology
Frequency-converted energy saving technology developed by KTCN (831999) has based on the transformation to the Frequency Converter and capable of realizing energy consumption real-time monitoring, equipment operation status dynamic management, equipment remote control and the technological automatic control with the assistance of the energy management smart control platform. Main application effects:
(1) The start of frequency conversion causes no shock to the power grid. With the assistance of the frequency conversion adjustment, the fan can achieve frequency-converted soft start so that the fan could start at low frequencies with a little current and prolonged start-up time which can avoid the shock of several times of rated starting current to the power grid and the mechanical equipment existing under the formal large inertia load and effectively extend the service life of the motor. Moreover, the frequency conversion could start or stop at any time;
(2) Adjust the air volume according to the demand to avoid waste. As the frequency convertor could control the air output through the adjustment to the revolving speed of the fan instead of the ventilation door, its adjustment range could be 0%~100%; therefore, it can adjust the air volume according to the production technological requirements to reduce the unnecessary waste.
(3) The frequency-converted and energy-saving operation could save a lot of energy. The use of frequency conversion make the fan no longer in full load working conditions and the other fan valve in a fully open state to raise the energy saving efficiency significantly;
(4) Cut down the fan working strength to prolong its service life. With the application of frequency converter, most of fan`s working time would be under the comparably lower speed to greatly reduce the mechanical strength and electric shock of the fan and prolong the service life of the fan and decrease the maintenance strength;
(5) With the application of the frequency converter, the start and stop time could be set to reduce the shock and corrosion to the flue, air flue and air door baffle, prolong the service life of many components correspondingly, boost the repair cycle of the relevant equipment effectively and save a large amount of maintenance cost;
(6) Connect the electromotor and fan directly to cut down the cost of transmission link;
(7) Slow down the operation speed of motor and fan and improve the lubricating condition to reduce the breakdown of the gearing;
(8) Reduce the system pressure and remit the pressure and seal condition to the pipeline to prolong the service life;
