Since the fall of 2010, the temperature in most of China's summer harvest crop areas is close to normal. The precipitation in most of the northern winter wheat areas is less, and the precipitation in the southern areas is close to the same period of the year. In the autumn sowing season, most of the meteorological conditions in the crop area were good, and the autumn sowing progressed smoothly. In North China, Huanghuai and northern Jianghuai, there were droughts in autumn and winter, and wheat seedlings were not affected by winter irrigation. The large-scale rain and snow weather at the end of winter eased the drought in winter wheat areas. At present, most of the wheat areas are suitable for the growth of winter wheat. In the southern part of the country, there are more cooling, rain and snow in winter, and some areas have freezing damage. After the spring, the rainy weather is not conducive to crop growth and development.
It is expected that the temperature in most parts of the country will be close to normal or high in the spring of this year (March to May). Most of the precipitation in most parts of North China, the eastern part of Huanghuai and the southwestern part of China is more than normal, which is conducive to the growth and yield formation of winter wheat and rapeseed. . The spring precipitation in the eastern part of the northwestern region and the western part of the Yellow River and Huaihe River will be less, and the drought may continue or develop in some areas, which is not conducive to the growth and yield formation of winter wheat. Recommendation:
1. At present, most of the northern winter wheat has entered the greening period. All localities should strengthen field management according to the conditions of the seedlings and public opinion, and timely cultivate and fertilize to increase effective tillering. Areas with sensational deviations should be watered in time to ensure the water demand for wheat growth.
2. In the southern winter wheat and oilseed rape producing areas, attention should be paid to topdressing and soil removal, weeds should be removed, and the ditch should be cleared in time to reduce the humidity in the field and promote the stable growth of crops.
3. All localities should also strengthen the monitoring and control of pests such as wheat stripe rust, aphids and rapeseed sclerotinia.
