4 When using the electric water heater, when the water valve is opened and there is no water, the power should be disconnected immediately to prevent the electric water heater from being damaged due to the malfunction of the electric water heater without running water.
5 Use electric water heaters in areas with freezing periods. Make sure that the water in the water heater has a certain temperature and will not freeze. Doing so can damage the electric water heater.
6 To prevent burns during use, you can first open the cold water valve and then open the hot water valve; when closing, close the hot water valve first, then close the cold water valve.
7 If the water pressure or voltage is too low, it should be suspended.
8 It is best not to use the valve with the hand wheel for the tap water valve. The wrench type valve can be used to prevent someone from accidentally closing the water valve, which causes the water tank to run out of water and burn the heating wire.
9 The use of water storage electric water heaters requires that the tap water be in a normally open state to ensure that the water tank often has water.
Gas water heater use precautions:
1. If the water heater is not used for a long time, the valve of the gas pipeline in front of the water heater should be closed;
2. When using a rubber tube to connect the water heater, you should pay attention to check whether the rubber tube has cracks. It is best to replace it once every two years;
3. Since the gas has an odor, when there is such a taste, it indicates that there is a gas leakage. At this time, do not start any electrical equipment, open the doors and windows in time, close the gas main valve, check the leak point, if you can not solve it yourself, Find the relevant service department to resolve it as soon as possible.
