Wing gate menu related setting instructions

First set the type of control gates (three types of wing gates , swing gates , open swing gates). People are connected to the gates, whether it is the main board or the slave board, the left proximity switch is connected to the left, the middle Connect the zero position and the right position to the right position (Caution: There are only 2 positions in the wing gate, zero and left position, and right position not). The left infrared is connected to the left infrared, the middle is connected to the anti-clip, and the right is connected to the right infrared. Connect the motor wire, and look at the opposite side of the motor wire.

Gateboard parameter setting instructions:

After the control board is powered on, the default status is displayed on the LCD screen. The default status shows the "operation mode" of the control board (three operation modes: swing gate, open swing gate and wing gate), and the number of exits and entrances.

There are 5 operation buttons on the control panel, Menu, Up, Down, OK, Cancel.

Menu operation:

Press "Menu" to enter the password input interface. The default password is: Up, Down, Up and Down. Enter the 6-digit password and press "OK" to enter the menu. After entering the menu, press “UP” or “DOWN” to select a function menu and then press “OK” to enter the function or value change interface. Press the plus or minus keys to select or adjust to the corresponding value.

Example: To change the mode of operation of the gate: Enter the menu and select "Operation mode of gate" in the menu - Press "OK" (display current mode of operation) - Press "OK" again to enter the modify numerical interface - press "" Or "down" selection - press "OK" to modify the success - after setting is completed press "Cancel" to exit (do not press the cancel key, the system will automatically exit after 15 seconds).

System menu description:

"Inlet and Outlet Configuration":

Set the left side of the gate to be the entrance or exit; the right side is the entrance or exit.

"Immigration configuration":

Set whether or not to allow traffic on both sides of the gate (inlet and outlet).

"The mode of operation of the gates"

Set the way to open the gate, whether to open the infrared gate or open the gate.

"Import and export memory configuration"

When opening or closing the entrance and exit, whether it has a memory function, generally used for swiping the card to open the gate, in the case of a person's credit card has not passed, whether to memorize the situation of other people's credit card. “Prohibited” means the second person can swipe the card after the first card user passes it; “Allow” means how many individuals are allowed to pass the card.

"Port opening time"

After the gate is opened, no one passes and the gate automatically closes.

"Counter reset"

Clear the number of entrance/exit passes and recount.

"Device number"

The device number of the control board. Generally do not set.

"Device Information"

Display basic information of the control board, such as type, model, etc.

"Gate type"

Set the type of gate, a total of three types of "wing gate", "Wagging Gate" (single pendulum), "open swing gate"; what is the gate should be set to the appropriate type to work properly. The default is "wing gate" type.

"system initialization"

The parameters of the control board are initialized. After the initialization is successful, the parameters of the control board are restored to the factory settings.

"Left speech"

Set the voice that the gate needs to play when passing from the left. For example, let the gate play "Welcome" when passing from the left.

"Right speech"

Set the voice that the gate needs to play when passing from the right side. Such as: let the gate play "safe travel" when passing the right side.

"Test voice"

The voice inside the control panel is automatically played in sequence and automatically exits after playing.

"Motor speed"

Used to set the operating speed of the motor. The smaller the value, the slower the speed.

"The motor runs at full speed"

It is used to set the time when the motor runs at the highest speed during the opening and closing of the motor.

For example, when the swing gate is opened, the swinging rod needs to run 1S clock, and the full-speed running time of the motor is set to 0.8S. After the motor runs 0.8S, it runs down until it reaches the position. This prevents the swing caused by sudden deceleration after the pendulum swings into place.

"Maximum motor running time"

Set the maximum time for the motor to run once (the control board is faulty due to external detection or other original signal) to prevent the motor from idling. The default is 10S.

"Allow infrared overlap time"

Set the time to block two IRs at the same time. Because some of the gates have short distances between the infrared (such as the left infrared is very close to the anti-clamp), preventing the human body from blocking two infrared voices at the same time will cause false alarms.

"Delayed closing time"

It is used to set how long people normally pass through the gate and close the gate. The unit is “seconds”. The default is 0, no delay, that is, the person immediately closes the gate after passing through the gate.

"Opening signal type"

Pulse Width Open: After a signal (pulse) is detected, the brake is opened.

Hi-level open: When the signal is detected, it will open.

"Gate testing"

Repeatedly opening the gate closing test is mainly used to test the stability and aging test of the gate control panel, and the user does not need to use it.
