Correctly tiled tiles

1. Find a professional decoration team with professional certificates for you to post.
2. Please read the instructions in the carton before paving, and follow the instructions for paving.
3. Pay attention to the name, size, and color number marked on the outer packaging. If you want to use the same size and color number, try to use the same day production.
4. Before laying, please spread out the product for every 10 square meters. If there is a significant color difference, you should promptly notify the seller to exchange.
5. To avoid damaging the brick surface during construction, use a woven bag and other items that are not easily discolored to cover the brick surface.
6. Before laying, please use cement, mortar to level the floor or wall and mark the brick size. A 3-5mm mortar joint should be reserved when marking, to prevent the adhesion coefficient and the expansion coefficient of the brick body from being inconsistent, resulting in adverse consequences.
7. It is recommended that glazed and matt bricks should be low-grade cement (325# or 325#), and polished tiles should be 525 pure grout or a mixture of cement and tile adhesive, and mix well and spread. Glazed tiles and matt bricks need to be soaked before paving, and water saturated before paving, tiles do not have to be soaked.
8. Use a wooden hammer to hit the brick surface when paving. If glue hammers are used, glue hammers should be wrapped with cloth to avoid carbon contamination of the brick surface on the glue hammer.
9. When paving, please follow the direction of the trademark of the tile blank and put it in a consistent manner to prevent the mosaic of the tiles from being unsightly.
10. When paving, the surface of the tile should be cleaned in time as construction progresses.
11. After plastering, wipe the anti-fouling agent on the brick surface with serrated or talcum powder.
12. After 12 hours of paving, you should tap the brick surface for inspection. If you find a blank tap, you should reapply it. Twenty-four hours after all tiles are tiled, they can be walked and scrubbed.

S-Type Load Cells

S-type load cells, also referred to as S-beam load cells, are force sensors specially designed to accurately measure both tension and compression. The name "S-type" is derived from their distinctive S-shape. Some users prefer to call them "Z-type," referring to their structured centre beam spring element.

The S-type load cells we offer vary in capacities, ranging from a nimble 25kg up to an impressive 30 tonnes. These units utilize advanced metal foil strain gauge technology. Their notable accuracy and compact design attributes make them a top choice for applications requiring precise force measurements. With easy and versatile installation using rod ends or load buttons, S-type load cells deliver outstanding performance for tension and compression applications alike.

Our range of S-type load cells is available in both low and high-capacity options. They are primarily designed to measure tensile forces but are equally competent in measuring compressive forces.

Built from stainless steel or aluminum alloy, depending on the range size, these sensors offer measurements from as light as 200g up to a hefty 1T. Their high precision, easy installation, and reliable stability are just some of their numerous advantages. With such robust features, they are a perfect fit for applications such as dosage scales, packaging scales, hook scales, and technical control equipment. Through precise force measurement, they enhance the reliability of these devices, helping to optimize operations and product quality.
