The specific method is as follows: the bacteria bed is drilled at a hole distance of 10 cm, and the prepared nutrient solution is filled into the bacteria bed, and the nutrient solution is added to cover the soil.

When the concentration of the proper nutrient solution is too high, not only the hyphae are difficult to absorb, but also the hyphae can be hindered or even damaged. When the concentration is too low, the purpose of high yield is not achieved. If the water content of the culture material is high, increase the concentration, and increase the ventilation after adding the nutrient solution. On the contrary, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and the water consumption should be increased. Commonly used nutrient solution concentrations are: urea 0.3% to 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%, etc., we must grasp the principle of "less and diligent".
