He found that human feces contain a lot of protein, which is the result of bacterial action. His team extracted the protein from the feces to make an artificial "steak" and dyed it with meat using a pigment.

In a video posted on YouTube, he explained: "We used catalysts and made artificial meats in explosive containers."

This “meat” has a protein content of up to 63%, plus 25% of carbohydrates, 3% of lipids, and 9% of minerals.

But can the general public accept this type of food made from "human excrement"? In response to this question, the research team stated that preliminary tests showed that the public participating in the survey reflected that this “artificial meat” tasted good and was a bit like beef.
