During the “11th Five-Year Plan” period, a total of 30.83 million tons of bulk cement was promoted in Zhengzhou City; the cumulative supply of ready-mixed concrete reached 30.05 million cubic meters; the supply of ready-mixed mortar reached 340,000 tons. Emissions of 180 million tons of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere, 350,980 tons of dust emissions, 34.445 million cubic meters of freshwater resources for packaging, 703,400 tons of coal, 220 million kwh of electricity, and 138.74 of reduced cement damage Ten thousand tons; can reduce capital loss of 4.1622 billion yuan; and create 1.87 billion yuan in social and economic benefits for Zhengzhou City.

At present, there are 78 ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in Zhengzhou, with an annual production capacity of 31.86 million cubic meters, which basically meets the market demand. The use rate of bulk cement in the built-up area of ​​Zhengzhou City has reached over 90%. The Municipal Construction Committee's Bulk Cement Office actively promotes the establishment of rural outlets on the basis of promoting the county (city) to achieve the prohibition of on-site mixing of concrete in urban areas.

At present, 15 rural outlets have been established and 118 scattered sites have been fixed. Initially formed a cross-site for promotion and use covering local villages and received good results.
