Piston pin hole bushing spiral groove broach

The piston pin hole bushing shown in Fig. 1 has 24 oil grooves coexisting in the hole. In the past, it was processed on a milling machine with low efficiency and slow speed. To this end, we designed and manufactured a cylindrical spiral groove broach (Fig. 2) and bushing pull clamp (Fig. 3). The oil grooves on the broaching machine were pulled out once, which improved the work efficiency, saved the cost and achieved a larger Economic benefits.
