ã€Abstract】 In order to meet the requirements of China's air pollution prevention and control law for the emission of vehicle diesel engines, an electronic control system of variable pre-stroke pump was developed in light of the current development of diesel engines in China. In this paper, the overall design of the electronic control system of variable pre-stroke pump and the development of electronic control unit (ECU) software were studied. The matching and calibration tests of the electrically controlled variable pre-stroke pump were carried out for CA6110 diesel engine.
