After the water is calibrated, it can be used to measure the flow of other conductive liquids. Therefore, the installation of the sensor is particularly important, mainly to make some requirements;
First, in order to make the transmission path work reliable and stable, we should pay attention to the following requirements when selecting the installation location:
(1) Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, large transformers, etc.) to prevent the magnetic field from affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
(2) It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible. It should not be installed in a place with damp or water accumulation.
(3) Sunlight and rain should be avoided as much as possible to avoid ambient temperature higher than 60 °C and relative humidity greater than 95%.
(4) Choose a place that is convenient for maintenance and convenient for activities.
(5) The flowmeter should be installed at the rear end of the pump and must never be installed on the suction side; the valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow.
Second, for your correct measurement, you should pay attention to the following requirements when selecting the position on the pipeline:
(1) The sensor can be installed either on a straight pipe or on a horizontal or inclined pipe, but the center connection of the two electrodes is required to be horizontal.
(2) The medium should be filled with pipe at the installation position to avoid adhering to the electrode than the full pipe and gas.
(3) For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, it is best to use vertical installation to make the sensor lining wear evenly and prolong the service life.
(4) Flowmeter installation position When the medium is not full, the method of raising the flow rate of the semi-rear pipeline can be adopted to make it full. It is strictly forbidden to install the flowmeter at the highest point of the pipeline and the outlet. (see photo)
