YHR-989 is an inorganic and special organic chemicals surface treated sulfate process rutile titanium dioxide. It combines excellent properties such as good whiteness,low oil absorporption and tinting strength,high durability ,ease of dispersion and it is a super fine particle. It is bluish color and suitable for both water and solvent based system.
