The initial test run of the motor is an important test method that comprehensively reflects the performance and quality of the design, manufacture, installation and operation of mechanical equipment. So how do we need to do it in order to formally, smoothly, and safely generate electricity at an early date? Dalan Motor will talk to you about the preparations for the common Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motor.
First, the inspection before the motor installation
(1) Check the motor installation dimensions and basic parameters.
(2) The universal motor can be checked against the motor sample. Special motors or motors with technical agreements and outline drawings shall be inspected item by item according to the agreement requirements and outline drawings. The inspection results are qualified before proceeding to the next step.
(3) Whether the motor nameplate is consistent with the contract or agreement.
(4) Check the direction of rotation.
The low-voltage general-purpose products have no requirements for the direction of rotation, and the motor can be operated in both forward and reverse directions; for low-voltage and high-power products, it is necessary to check whether the requirements of the motor direction sign and the contract or agreement are the same.
The direction of rotation of the high-voltage 2 and 4-pole motors is required, and the motor of 6 or more poles has no requirements for the direction of rotation (except in special cases). The direction of rotation must be the same as the direction of the main engine's rotation, so that the motor can be used normally. Otherwise, the motor temperature rise is too high.
(5) Motor inspection.
(6) Insulation resistance check
Insulation resistance checks the insulation resistance of the winding to ground. The insulation resistance of the stator winding is measured using a shaker having an output voltage between 500 and 2500 VDC.
Second, the basic inspection
(1) The foundation should have sufficient strength to avoid resonance of the force generated by the system and the motor under normal and abnormal operating conditions.
(2) The foundation shall be capable of withstanding sudden mechanical moments that occur during motor starting or under abnormal conditions.
(3) A cushion of approximately 2 mm shall be permitted on the top of the foundation or steel foundation. However, it should not exceed 4mm under any circumstances.
Third, find the right request
(1) When installing the motor, please note that the center line of the motor shaft must be consistent with the center line of the machine to be driven. Otherwise, the bearing will be damaged and the shaft will be broken. The tolerance between the two couplings is in line with the standard. Pay special attention to protect the foot plane of the motor. Do not bump or damage the foot plane. When adjusting the center height of the motor, a flat pad should be added between the motor foot plane and the rigid foundation. The number of flat pads should be as small as possible.
(2) Ensure sufficient axial clearance when looking for the right, and consider the amount of thermal expansion of the motor.
Fourth, the test machine
(1) No-load test machine: The first test machine can be clicked to check the motor rotation direction. Turn it to the correct direction and run it on. The vibration of the motor and the bearing temperature are detected every 10 minutes in the initial operation. If there is no abnormality after 30 minutes, the detection time interval can be extended and detected once every 30 minutes. Run for 2 hours, no problem can stop the test machine.
(2) Full load test machine: The full load test machine project is the same as above. It only takes more than 4 hours to run.
