Insertion must be consistent with the two concentricity and parallel sides of the flange. If the heart is not uniform or the two flanges are not parallel, the cause must be ascertained. In addition, during installation, it is forbidden to use a hammer, that is, to prevent the axial force or radial force of the hammer from damaging the both bearings, and whether the fit of the two can be judged through the assembly feel. The method of judging the combination of concentricity and flange parallelism is as follows: After the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are basically in close contact and the gap is the same.
Step 4: In order to ensure that the flanges of the two are subjected to uniform force, screw the drive motor fastening screw first, but do not tighten; then gradually tighten the four fastening screws in the diagonal position; finally, tighten the speed reducer. The input hole holds the screw. Be sure to fasten the tightening screw of the drive motor and then tighten the input screw of the reducer.
Note: The correct installation between the gear unit and the mechanical equipment is identical to the correct installation between the gear unit and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is consistent with the concentricity of the input shaft of the drive section.
