1, each class maintenance
Clean the spray box every shift, the inner wall can be blown clean by the air pipe, the nozzle must be cleaned with air first, then cleaned by hand;
During production, observe whether the nozzle spray liquid angle is straight down. If it is not flat, re-fix it. Check the atomization situation, if the inner wall has wet materials, please clean the solenoid valve and nozzle;
For each type of feed, clear the weight, record the enzyme usage data, and feed statistics. And calculate the use error of the enzyme, if not, please adjust the enzyme coefficient, feed coefficient;
Check that the metering pump is working properly and the indicator light is orange-red. The frequency of work is normal (less than 2 times / sec);
After adding the enzyme to the enzyme barrel, the filter is
water; after the enzyme is crystallized on the filter net, the filter screen is caused to perforate the filter when the enzyme is added;After adding the enzyme in the enzyme barrel, clean the surface of the platform scale and the enzyme leaking inside, and wipe it with cloth and water;
Check that the gas pressure is normal: the pressure after the filter should not be lower than 0.4MPA.
2, maintenance of
every weekCheck the pipeline every week for leaks. Check whether the pressure of the enzyme tube pressure gauge gradually decreases with the passage of time after 10 minutes of spraying.
Every week, the dry flow scale is tested: the feed reading can be viewed by pressing the impulse plate (the force should not be too large when pressed and can not be pressed from the back or it will cause damage to the sensor);
Check the pressure gauge signal every week: adjust the metering pump to the manual working state, whether the system alarms when the upper limit alarm pressure is reached; after the three-function valve opens the bleed enzyme and the pressure drops to the lower pressure limit, check whether the system alarms (check After the pressure modulation is normal, the metering pump is adjusted to the automatic working state: the indicator light is orange-red);
Check whether the magnetic sensor switch of the feed gate is working properly and the signal is accurate;
Check whether the level gauge works normally: observe whether the work of each level gauge is stable and the operation is accurate;
In the feed calibration interface, the feed reading is cleared: after the feed gate is closed, click the prohibition calibration, and the feed scale is cleared. At this time, the feed reading is zero (or fluctuates slightly around the zero).
3, monthly maintenance and maintenance of
Cleaning the enzyme barrel: After releasing the enzyme in the enzyme barrel, close the valve, open the back door of the platform scale, take out the enzyme barrel, rinse with water, dry and reset;
Re-calibrate the enzyme scale: take the enzyme barrel according to the instructions in the instructions to calibrate the enzyme scale;
Cleaning the nozzle (the debris in the air cap, pay attention to the angle of the nozzle when installing horizontally), the enzyme cut-off solenoid valve (this solenoid valve enters and exits the direction, the installation can not stop the enzyme);
Check whether the gas circuit solenoid valves are working properly: the solenoid valve is mainly used for feed gates;
Check whether the cylinder work is normal, does not leak, and the action is rapid;
We recommend that the maintenance work of the post-spraying equipment be carried out by a special person to improve the stability of the equipment!
