(1) Material purchase parts requirements

(3) Working conditions
1. When constructing the structure, it should be sewed in the cast-in-situ slab or prefabricated slab slab. According to the requirements of the stipulation, the φ6~φ10 reinforced concrete slings should be pre-embedded. 1. Process:

4. Install the big keel
1. Fit the boom nut.
2. Pre-install the hanging parts on the big keel.
3. Install the large keel: assemble the large keel of the hanging piece, put the hanging piece into the desired boom nut according to the position of the line, and tighten the nut.
4. Large keel connection: Install the connecting parts, and pull the wire to adjust the elevation to arch and straight.
5. Install the large keel in the installation hole and set the connection card according to the corresponding node structure of the atlas.
6. The fixed side keel is fixed by nails, and the spacing of the nails is 1000mm when no design is required.
5. Install the keel:
1. Press the middle keel line to play the keel hanging piece.
2. Hanging the middle keel: According to the design of the middle keel spacing, the middle keel is hung on the big keel through the hanging piece. When the design is not required, the general spacing is 500~600mm.
3. When the length of the keel needs to be extended, use the middle keel connecting piece to connect the keel while hanging, and straighten it.
6. Install the small keel:
1. Press the small keel line to break the line and install the small keel drop.
2. Hang the small keel: According to the small keel spacing specified by the design, the small keel is hung on the middle keel through the hanging piece. When the design is not required, the general spacing is 500~600mm.
3. When the length of the small keel needs to be extended, use the small keel connecting piece to connect the opposite ends while hanging the small keel, and straighten and fix it first.
4. When the T-shaped keel is used to form the light steel skeleton, the small keel should be installed with a cover panel when installing the cover panel.
Each has a card to block the small keel.
7. Install the cover panel: Under the light-rigid frame that is installed and experienced, according to the specifications of the cover panel, the gap between the slits is used to block the bullet line, and a row of cover panels is installed from the direction of the middle keel in the middle of the ceiling as a reference. Then, install it on both sides of the branch. The distance between the self-tapping screws of the fixed cover panel is 200~300mm.
8. Brush anti-rust paint: light steel skeleton cover panel ceiling, the surface of the welded joint is not rust-proof (such as pre-buried, hanging parts, connecting parts, nailing attachments, etc.), anti-rust paint should be brushed before delivery. This process should be on the cover surface

(5) Quality standards

(6) Finished product protection
1. Light steel frame and cover panel installation should pay attention to protect various pipelines in the ceiling. For the light steel skeleton boom, the keel is not allowed to be fixed on the ventilation ducts and other equipment parts.
2. Light steel skeleton, cover panel and other ceiling materials should be strictly managed during storage and use, ensuring no deformation, no moisture, no rust.
3. The doors and windows that have been installed in the ceiling of the construction, the ground, wall and window sills that have been constructed should be protected to prevent fouling.
4. The light steel frame must not be stepped on, and other types of hanging parts should not be hung on the light steel frame.
5. In order to protect the finished product, the cover panel installation must be carried out in the pipeline inside the shed, all the procedures such as water test and heat preservation are carried out.
(vii) Quality issues that should be noted
1. The ceiling is not flat: the reason is that the leveling of the boom is not serious when the big keel is installed, which causes the elevation of each boom point to be inconsistent. During construction, the degree of tightness of each lifting point should be checked, and the line should be checked to see if the elevation and flatness meet the design and construction specifications.
2. The structure of the local node of the light steel skeleton is unreasonable: in the hole, the lamp mouth, the vent, etc., the keel and the connecting piece should be set according to the corresponding node structure, so that the structure conforms to the atlas and design requirements.
3. The light steel frame is not securely fastened: the light steel frame of the ceiling should be hung on the main structure, and the boom nut should be tightened to control the fixed design elevation; the pipelines and equipment parts in the ceiling should not be hung on the light steel frame.
4. The gap between the cover and the cover is not straight: Pay attention to the plate specifications during construction, and straighten the cable. When installing and fixing, ensure that the plate is straight and straight.
5. The seaming strip and the crimping strip are not tight and straight: the thread should be pulled during construction, and it should be fixed and pressed after the alignment.
