Temperature management: The temperature is high during summer seedlings, and the temperature regulation is relatively difficult. In the nursery management, close attention should be paid to the temperature change in the seedbed. If the plastic film is used for covering, the skirt around the facility should be completely removed to enhance ventilation; the sunshade net can be uncovered in the sunny and rainless night to ensure the nursery process. Moisture management: It is easy to produce long seedlings when growing vegetables in summer, which has a great relationship with improper water management during seedling raising. Generally, the water should be poured at a time before the seedlings are planted. When the cotyledons are unearthed, the water is not watered. After the cotyledons are unearthed, the seedlings should be watered according to the seedling condition and the water content of the substrate. The seedbed should be “Ninggan not wet” if the water is large. , it is easy to cause a long time.

Illumination management: At present, the shade net cover has been widely used in vegetable summer seedlings, which plays an important role in reducing the danger of strong light radiation and preventing the rainstorm from scouring the seedlings, but it does not mean that the shade net cover has been used throughout the nursery season. In the morning and evening, when the cloudy sky and the light are not too strong, the sunshade net should be removed to ensure that the seedlings receive sufficient sunlight to achieve the effect of cultivating strong seedlings.

Timely root dressing: summer vegetable seedlings grow rapidly. Although fertilizer has been mixed in the culture soil or nursery substrate, there may be nutritional deficiencies in the nursery process. In the nursery process, 0.2% to 0.3 should be used according to the seedling condition. % urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution were sprayed on the leaves to promote seedling growth.

Pest control: Summer is a season with frequent pests and diseases, and attention should be paid to pest control during nursery. The insect pests that are easy to occur during summer vegetable seedlings are aphids, cabbage caterpillars, crickets, and small tigers. The most common diseases are rickets, diseases, blight, and viral diseases. For the control of aphids, in addition to the use of insect nets and silver-gray film coverage, can be sprayed with Kung Fu or Uranus EC. Cabbage vegetable seedlings are prone to the occurrence of cabbage caterpillars, and can be controlled by high-efficiency Bt wettable powder, trichlorfon and chlorpyrifos No. 3 . For the cockroaches and small earth tigers, in addition to the black light can be used for trapping, phoxim or dichlorvos emulsion can be used for rooting, or the glutinous wheat bran mixed with trichlorfon raw powder can be used as a poison bait to trap.
