Construction method

1. Place the mandrel into the steel cage with the longitudinal joint facing up, inflate to the specified pressure, and close the valve. When lifting the concrete, the upper, lower, left and right sides must be fixed according to the construction process, and the template is used to pressurize the screw to overcome the floating.

2, pouring concrete using high-frequency plug-in vibrator, vibrating from both sides at the same time, to prevent the mandrel from shifting left and right, the end of the vibrator can not touch the mandrel, so as not to break through the air.

3. After the concrete is initially set, the core mold can be taken out and demolded (opening the deflation valve).
