When installing the guide plate, the guide plate shall be installed with a gap of 50-100 mm between the baffles on both sides of the link plate to avoid material spillage and friction caused by friction between the material and the baffle plate. The distance between the bottom edge of the guide plate and the surface of the chain plate is kept at 10-25 mm to prevent material overflow. The axis line of the tension device should have a certain space from the back wall of the silo, generally 350-500 mm, which is convenient for maintenance and dismantling. ;
3. When the pin sleeve in the pitch of the crawler chain of the plate feeder is worn to more than 7 mm, the sleeve should be rotated at an angle or replaced with a new chain;
4. When removing the expansion sleeve from the plate feeder, first loosen all the screws, but do not remove all the screws. Remove the galvanized screws and washers. Screw the removed screws into the auxiliary screw holes of the front pressure ring. Tap on the head of the screw to move the expansion sleeve, then pull out the screw and the expansion sleeve will be pulled out;
5. When the plate feeder is installed with expansion sleeve, the original installation joint surface should be cleaned and evenly coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil (excluding molybdenum disulfide), and the expansion sleeve screw should be diagonally evenly distributed with a torque wrench. Tighten
6. When the plate feeder is installed with the head device rolling bearing, the minimum clearance should be about 0.08mm, and the radial clearance reduction can be between 0.09-0.11mm. The minimum clearance of the trailing device rolling bearing should be about 0.055 mm, and the radial reduction can be between 0.06 and 0.07.

First dismantle the drive device, then disassemble the bearing cover, cover, spacer, retaining ring and other parts, and then install the loading and unloading washer MB74H and the handling nut M74H. By screwing the loading and unloading bolts on the handling nut, the taper bushing is moved. Remove the roller bearing. When reinstalling and replacing the bearing, clean the bearing before installation, place it slightly on the shaft and place it on the supporting shaft at a given position, then install the taper sleeve and press the sleeve to tighten the taper sleeve. 9. The operator should be familiar with the structural principle of the plate feeder. Before every shift, check whether the various parts are normal and whether the connecting bolts of the chain plate are loose.
10. The plate feeder operates the bearings and reducer correctly and replaces the new oil regularly. Replacement time 300h for the first time, 300h for the second time;
11. Pay attention to check the working condition of the plate feeder feeder plate, especially whether the connection bolts are loose or not, and keep the chain tight and proper. If any deviation is found, adjust the tension device;
12. If abnormal sound or malfunction occurs during the operation, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the cause of the malfunction must be carefully checked to eliminate the malfunction.
13. All parts of the plate feeder are lubricated with ZG-4 calcium grease (GB491-65), and the reducer is recommended with S-P90# extreme pressure industrial gear oil (for dry environment) or S-Pb90# extreme pressure. Industrial gear oil (suitable for wet environments).
